How to order

Good to know.

Ordering, pickup, delivery, storage and allergies.

How do I order?

Add treats to your order on the Shop page and send the request, or message Tina on Facebook or Instagram. Your order is confirmed once Tina replies. We don't take orders by phone.

How far ahead should I order?

Menu items: at least 5–7 days ahead. Custom designs, party favors and macaron towers: 2–3 weeks ahead. Holiday collections close early when spots fill up.

When do Christmas pre-orders close?

December 15, or sooner if the weeks fill up. Each cookie is painted by hand, so there are only a few spots each week. Your pickup or delivery day is set when Tina confirms your order.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is in Rotterdam, NY. The exact address and time window are shared privately after your order is confirmed.

Do you deliver?

Yes, locally within the Capital Region (Schenectady, Albany, Saratoga, Troy and nearby). The delivery fee depends on distance and is confirmed with your order. We don't ship macarons.

How should I store my treats?

Decorated cookies stay fresh for 1–2 weeks in their sealed bags at room temperature. Macarons are best kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 3–5 days. Let them sit out 15 minutes before eating.

What about allergies?

Our treats contain wheat, eggs and dairy. Macarons are made with almond flour, and our kitchen handles tree nuts. We can't guarantee allergen-free products.

Can you make a cartoon character I love?

We create original designs and don't reproduce licensed characters. Tell us the theme and colors you love and Tina will design something one-of-a-kind.
